The most delicious and safe meats come from animals raised according to the most strict organic production standards on the small to mid-size family farms that cooperatively own the Organic Prairie brand. Our hogs are raised unconfined and bedded on thick straw, given plenty of room to roam and access to fresh air and sunshine.
